Advanced Blending is a chemical blending/manufacturer of liquid and powder chemicals for a wide variety of industries.  We specialize in toll blending/private label manufacturing and packaging of both liquid and powder/dry chemicals. Advanced Blending is a complete source for your chemical blending, manufacturing, packaging and fulfillment needs.  Whether a short run or multiple truckloads, one-time custom jobs or longer term contracts for repeat shipments, Advanced Blending can provide turnkey manufacturing, additional manufacturing capacity, or fill-in manufacturing capabilities. We help our customers meet sales goals by managing the manufacturing and shipping, so that our customers can focus on sales, marketing and serving their customers.

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT AND NON-COMPETE ASSURANCE

We sign non-disclosure confidentiality agreements with all our toll blending customers who own formulations to give complete assurance that production is kept secure and private.  We will blend and package to individual specifications. Customers can provide all materials and packaging for their blending projects or opt for turnkey service.

Advanced Blending does not compete with our customers in the marketplace.  We do not distribute products, market formulations or sell under our own label. We simply manufacture for our customers so that they can focus their time and attention on the sales, marketing and customer service of their business. 

QUALITY CONTROL

Advanced Blending does onsite quality control. Batches are inspected for visual presentation, color and pH, specific gravity, density, and more.  Raw materials are only purchased from approved suppliers and are inspected prior to use. Every formulations batch has a unique lot code to enable tracking throughout production and shipping. A representative retain sample of each batch is collected, labeled and kept on site for one year.

HAZMAT SHIPPER – DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL

We are a registered DOT HazMat shipper and can assist in arranging shipment of finished products. This service includes domestic and international shipments, drop shipments and blind shipments. We will work to find the most efficient and economical transportation options.
